Job description
We're a rapidly growing ad agency that specializes in B2B SaaS advertising looking to hire a full-time media buyer to join our small but mighty team!
The position is fully remote, and for now we're prioritizing candidates with at least moderate media buying experience.
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful media buying strategies across various digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build mid and end of month reports
- Develop and execute successful media buying strategies across various digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and keep up with monthly budgets for ad platforms.
- Perform search term review multiple times a week.
- Review placements for display campaigns.
- Review search terms for search campaigns.
- Understand and optimize campaign budgets.
- Review and give feedback on LPs and creatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 1+ years advertising experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit or Facebook.
- Understanding of media buying best practices, metrics, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have good internet, preferably ethernet
- Have a strong computer.
- This position is Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST.

Compensation & Perks
Compensation will vary depending on experience. In addition, all candidates will have the opportunity to increase pay after the 3-month probation period. If you work hard and show us growth, then you'll be rewarded
