In this role, you’ll work at the center of our lending process – analyzing deals, building credit structures, and presenting your recommendations to senior decision-makers. This isn’t a junior support position. You’ll have real responsibility, real visibility, and a direct hand in the decisions that drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and ratios to evaluate risk and identify opportunities
Recommend creative financing structures to optimize deal approvals and client outcomes
Present findings and recommendations to our adjudication committee
Research asset values and industry trends to support lending decisions
Partner closely with our Sales Team to move deals forward efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
1+ year in commercial lending, leasing, or financial analysis is an asset – but not required
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, curious, and solutions-focused
Background in equipment finance (transportation, oil & gas, construction, forestry, or manufacturing) is a strong plus
