Product Line Manager (PLM) – Optical Engines

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Line Manager (PLM) to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation multi-terabit optical engines .

How You’ll Contribute

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product roadmap for high-capacity optical engines (100G–200G/lane, multi-terabit systems).
- Anticipate customer needs and align products to Hyperscaler, AI/ML infrastructure, and networking roadmaps.
- Work with executive leadership to set pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Act as the primary interface with hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and semiconductor partners.
- Collect and translate customer requirements into product features and specifications.
- Build business cases, market analyses, and competitive positioning for product decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive collaboration across engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Define MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
- Ensure seamless new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management.
Performance & Metrics
- Track KPIs across revenue, margins, adoption rate, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical marketing in optical interconnects, photonics, or semiconductor industries.
Strong technical understanding of silicon photonics, optical engines, pluggables, or Co-Packaged Optics (CPO).
Proven success managing multi-terabit interconnect products or high-speed networking technologies (Ethernet, PCIe, InfiniBand, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
