Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Advisors to join our team. Newly licensed LLPQ candidates encouraged to apply. If you have the drive and passion but lacked the training, support and mentorship we are the team for you.

This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients secure their financial future.

Secondary language, especially in Urdu, Hindi, Cantonese or Tagalog are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment focused on customer service excellence and strategic marketing.

This is a hybrid role where you can work from home, set your own hours and enjoy uncapped earning potential.

Duties

Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base
Engage in retail sales by presenting insurance products and explaining benefits clearly
Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
Analyze client needs through detailed consultations to recommend suitable life insurance policies
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance services in targeted communities
Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate deals
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Bilingual proficiency in English and secondary language is highly desirable
Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
Experience with telemarketing, marketing strategies, and sales administration is a plus
Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the insurance industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
