Full job description

Salesforce Development Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Development Lead for a 4.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Salesforce Development Lead - Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a unified, single pane of glass experience for Advisors by seamlessly bringing together data, workflows, and insights into one cohesive interface. The project involves enhancing the current platform to provide a comprehensive and intuitive experience for users.

Salesforce Development Lead - Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior Business and Technology leaders to define and drive long-term Business–Technology roadmaps for individual Salesforce orgs.
Design and implement an enterprise Salesforce org strategy across multiple orgs at a bank-wide level.
Deliver multiple enterprise-scale Salesforce platform implementations.
Establish and enforce Salesforce governance frameworks, including standards, controls, and best practices.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Salesforce Development Lead - Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Minimum 4+ years of experience with source control and release management using Bitbucket or GitHub, SFDX, and branching strategies.
Deep hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
Strong background in enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Salesforce Development Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with tools such as Data Loader and DataStage.
Experience with middleware platforms including Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, and MuleSoft.
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Flows.
Ability to support and develop DevOps automations.
Experience managing Salesforce sandbox environments.

Salesforce Development Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from approximately June 15 to October 31, with the possibility of extension.

Salesforce Development Lead - Start Date:
ASAP.

Salesforce Development Lead - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office, with plans to increase to 4 days in the future.
