Full job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect / Developers to help design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role is ideal for someone who has been actively building AI agents and agent-based applications in production environments and enjoys working at the intersection of software engineering, AI innovation, and business transformation.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical depth in modern software development along with practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions. You will work alongside technical and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that solve complex enterprise challenges.

What You'll Do

Design and build AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems for enterprise and client-facing solutions.
Develop scalable AI applications using modern LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks.
Architect solutions involving reasoning, planning, memory, tool usage, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-making.
Develop backend services and integrations using modern programming languages and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready implementations.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution delivery activities.
Support client workshops, demonstrations, and presentations when appropriate.

Required Experience

5+ years of software development experience.
Proven experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, autonomous systems, or multi-agent architectures.
Strong hands-on development expertise in one or more of:
- Python
- Node.js / TypeScript
- Java
Experience working with Large Language Models and modern AI platforms.
Experience developing APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and modern engineering practices.
Experience deploying cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You may come from a startup, product company, consulting organization, innovation lab, or enterprise AI team, but you have one thing in common: you have built and delivered real-world AI agent solutions.

You are comfortable discussing architecture, writing production-quality code, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and helping stakeholders understand how agentic AI can solve business problems.

Candidates with strong communication and presentation skills may also have opportunities to participate in client-facing discussions, solution demonstrations, and strategic AI conversations with senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Experience presenting technical concepts to executive audiences.
Consulting or client-facing experience.
Experience leading proof-of-concepts and AI innovation initiatives.
Ability to articulate both the technical architecture and business value of AI-driven solutions.
