Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Solution Architect, Power Platform & D365 by driving innovation in our solutions. Responsibilities
- Architect, design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
- Lead and enable team members, in addition to being a top individual performer
- Work closely with clients and other resources as a team leader, being fully accountable to the technical solution in project engagements.
- Effectively communicate, architect, design, plan, and implement capabilities that provide value to customers
- Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm
- Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
- Take a proactive and continuous approach for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Acts as a subject matter expert in transferring solution-critical knowledge
- Highly motivated, creative, and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure
- Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and addressing performance issues promptly

Skills and Experience
- Ten+ (10+) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with five (5) years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
- 3 years in a technical leadership role; enabling, guiding, teaching, and mentoring developers in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- AI mindset and hands-on experience in various LLMs, Copilot, Cowork, vibe coding, Agents, etc.
- Experience in creating architectural artefacts (contextual, conceptual, logical, physical), performing code reviews, implementing code best practices, setting up environments, and managing large solution deployments
- Grants management, License management, or case management solution implementation experience
- In-depth experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
- Experience in Microsoft Contact Center (CCAS) an asset
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, or Marketing modules an asset
- Deep knowledge in Agile Scrum Software Development Life Cycle
- Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
- Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems
- Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, C, C++, C#, Objective C, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed
