ABOUT INFOTRACK CANADA
InfoTrack Canada is a fast-growing legal technology company modernizing the infrastructure that connects law firms, notaries, conveyancers, lenders, government registries and other ecosystems partners.
We're providing solutions to improve how legal professionals search, transact, and close, providing much needed innovation and choice. This is a senior opportunity at a company investing heavily in Canada and expanding nationally from our base in Ontario with urgency.
At InfoTrack, our company culture is often described as uniquely outstanding and the best many of our people have experienced in their careers. As a flexible, forward-thinking, and inclusive employer, we embrace individuality. We value your strengths and encourage you to pursue a sense of accomplishment in our supportive and dynamic culture. InfoTrack is a place where you can grow and develop in your career, all while being your authentic self.
We are growing our development team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is excited about a modern, AI-augmented way of building software: someone who ships quickly, works shoulder-to-shoulder with product and design, and brings real opinions about what we should build, not just how to build it.
You will join a small, growing high-trust squad where engineers, product, and design make decisions together. You will pair with AI coding tools like Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow, move features from idea to production fast, and help shape a platform used by legal professionals every day. This is a builder’s role for someone who treats the product as their own.
You will help build software that real legal professionals rely on every day, at a global, award-winning company that moves fast, trusts its engineers, and is investing in a modern, AI-first way of working. Your ideas about the product will be heard and shipped.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship full-stack features across our React/TypeScript front end and C#/.NET back end, taking them from idea to production fast.
- Work as part of a squad alongside product and design, contributing to scope, priorities, and trade-offs rather than waiting for tickets.
- Use AI to move faster by leveraging agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development, raise quality, and spend more time on the hard, high-judgement problems.
- Bring a product mindset by understanding our users, our domain, and the “why” behind features, then using that understanding to push back, propose better solutions, and improve the product.
- Set technical direction by helping define the architecture, patterns, and standards that keep us fast and safe as we scale.
- Collaborate with our global platform team across InfoTrack’s international platform and engineering group to build on shared services and contribute back to common platform infrastructure.
- Own quality end to end by writing clean, maintainable code, reviewing peers’ work, and caring about performance, reliability, and the user experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced. 6+ years building and shipping production web applications as a full stack developer.
- Strong across the stack. Proficient in React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS and modern state management on the front end; strong in C# (ASP.NET Core) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) on the back end.
- Fast and pragmatic. You ship iteratively, value speed to market, and know how to balance “good enough to learn” with “built to last.”
- AI-forward. You already use, or are genuinely eager to adopt, AI coding assistants and agentic workflows, and you have views on how to use them well.
- Product-minded. You want to understand the domain and the user deeply, and you see contributing to product and design decisions as part of the job.
- A strong collaborator. You communicate clearly, work well in a tight-knit squad, and raise the bar for those around you.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in legal tech, conveyancing, fintech, or another regulated/document-heavy domain.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile delivery.
- Experience working across distributed or global engineering teams.
OUR STACK
- Front end: React, TypeScript, modern state management (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Back end: C# (ASP.NET Core / Framework).
- Platform: cloud infrastructure, relational databases, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Tooling: AI-assisted development with Claude Code and related agentic tools.
