Sommaire / About the Role
Nous recherchons un(e) généraliste RH polyvalent(e) pour gérer l’ensemble des fonctions RH (A à Z) dans le respect des lois du travail du Québec.
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage all HR functions (A–Z) while ensuring compliance with Quebec labour laws.

Responsabilités / Key Responsibilities

Recrutement et intégration / Full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
Relations de travail et politiques RH / Employee relations & HR policies
Gestion des horaires / Scheduling & workforce planning
Traitement de la paie (avec superviseur) / Payroll processing (with supervisor)
Suivi des heures (ex. Connecteam) / Time tracking (e.g., Connecteam)
Gestion des vacances, congés et absences / Vacations, time-off & sick leave
Conformité CNESST / Ensure CNESST compliance
Comité de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité / Management of Health and Safety committee
Gestion de la loi du 1 % (formation) jusqu’à la production du Sommaire 1 en fin d’année / Management of the 1% training law, including year-end Sommaire 1 reporting
Soutien administratif aux comptes payables et recevables (AP/AR) / Provide clerical support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)

Exigences / Requirements

2+ ans d’expérience en RH (généraliste) / 2+ years of HR experience (generalist)
Connaissance des lois du travail du Québec / Knowledge of Quebec labour laws
Expérience paie et systèmes de gestion du temps / Experience with payroll & time tracking systems
Connaissances de base en comptabilité (tenue de livres) et expérience avec un logiciel comptable (ex. Sage 50) un atout / Basic knowledge of accounting (bookkeeping) and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage 50) an asset
Autonomie et sens de l’organisation / Strong autonomy & organizational skills
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) un atout; espagnol un atout /Bilingualism (French and English) an asset; Spanish an asset.
