Position Overview

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the college’s marketing initiatives across digital, social, brand, and recruitment channels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive student engagement, and support enrollment growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign strategy, analytics, content direction, and brand management.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where both strategy and execution are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational and student recruitment goals.
Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, website content, and search marketing channels.
Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
Oversee campaign planning, content direction, and marketing calendars across multiple platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics, reporting tools, and performance insights.
Support SEO, SEM, and paid advertising initiatives to improve visibility, lead generation, and conversion performance.
Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, freelancers, designers, and content creators on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance.
Assist with the promotion and launch of new programs, campuses, services, and institutional initiatives.
Oversee the planning and promotion of events, community initiatives, workshops, and recruitment activities.
Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment across campaigns and channels.
Prepare reports and present campaign updates, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership.
Stay informed on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management or leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign strategy.
Experience managing digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and web platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
Strong understanding of content strategy, website management, and social media marketing.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience managing external vendors, agencies, freelancers, or creative partners is considered an asset.
Experience within education, post-secondary, or student recruitment marketing is considered an asset.
Adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
