We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of secure IM/IT infrastructure and cyber security initiatives supporting large-scale capital projects, facility modernization programs, and enterprise technology transformations.
The successful candidate will manage the integration of information technology infrastructure within complex environments, ensuring secure, compliant, and operationally effective solutions are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, infrastructure project delivery, and cyber security governance experience across highly regulated environments.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of secure IM/IT infrastructure and cyber security projects.

Manage ICT implementation activities including network infrastructure, telecommunications, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, server rooms, data centres, and facility technology fit-ups.

Review business and technical requirements and develop detailed ICT requirements, implementation strategies, and project plans.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, resource plans, and project governance activities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cyber security, networking, facilities, architecture, engineering, and vendor partners.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation strategies.

Review technical designs, infrastructure diagrams, and architecture documentation to ensure compliance with security, operational, and technical standards.

Lead stakeholder meetings, technical working groups, governance committees, and executive reporting sessions.

Develop implementation plans, integration strategies, procurement requirements, and deployment roadmaps.

Support cyber security integration activities across multiple security zones and secure operating environments.

Coordinate infrastructure implementation activities involving cloud platforms, identity and access management, secure communications, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Produce project documentation including business requirements, implementation plans, costing documentation, status reports, dashboards, briefing notes, decision logs, and governance materials.

Support operational readiness, service transition, and ongoing support planning activities.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, compliance, and business objectives.
- 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex IM/IT infrastructure, cyber security, or technology transformation initiatives.

Experience managing secure infrastructure projects in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.

Experience developing and reviewing Statements of Requirements (SOR), business requirements, technical requirements, and implementation plans.

Experience managing ICT infrastructure implementations involving networking, telecommunications, server infrastructure, cloud services, and facility technology deployments.

Experience developing project budgets, cost estimates, financial forecasts, and expenditure documentation.

Experience managing multi-vendor environments and coordinating technical and business stakeholders.

Experience reviewing technical architecture, infrastructure designs, and deployment documentation.

Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities.

Experience producing executive-level reporting, dashboards, status updates, and project documentation.

Strong understanding of cyber security principles, secure infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization or facility construction projects.

Experience with multi-site or enterprise-wide technology deployments.

Experience working within secure or classified environments.

Experience supporting cloud modernization, cyber security transformation, digital workplace, data centre, or network modernization initiatives.

Experience with emerging technologies including cloud services, analytics, artificial intelligence, identity management, and secure communications.
