Job Description
The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the IT Security Products Analyst (IT Product Delivery Operations Senior Analyst) position.
This position requires on-site presence five (5) days per week.
The IT Security Products Analyst is responsible for the support, integration and ongoing operation of enterprise IT security products in a complex hybrid environment. This role combines system administration, product support and system integration functions, ensuring that security services remain reliable, secure and aligned with operational requirements.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will contribute to the deployment, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of security technologies, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives through incident analysis, operational optimization and the implementation of enhanced security capabilities.

Qualifications
Education :
University degree in information technology, computer sciences or another related field, OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experiences :
-
Experience supporting core IT infrastructure, including networking, servers and hybrid/cloud environments;
-
Ability to perform system administration in Windows and Linux environments, including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting;
-
Experience administering identity and access management solutions, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
-
Experience supporting and integrating Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS and hybrid environments;
-
Experience providing hands-on support for enterprise IT security tools, including operations, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting;

Experience working with security technologies, including:
-
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions
-
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools
-
Vulnerability management platforms
-
Logging and monitoring solutions
Assets :
-
Exposure to Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments, including threat monitoring, detection or incident response workflows;

Knowledge of modern security architectures and technologies such as cloud security, SASE, CASB, or related platforms;
-
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Azure Security certifications)
