Current openings: Inside Sales Coordinator- Full time with immediate selection and onboarding available

Location: 1390 Springhill Rd., Parksville, BC

Wage: $26 - $33 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and industry background.

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales process by coordinating inbound leads, preparing quotations and contracts, and maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system and customer folders. This role is responsible for executing follow-ups, maintaining organized sales documentation, and supporting pipeline visibility to help ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales process.

The Inside Sales Coordinator also provides administrative and marketing support to the sales team, including conference coordination, travel arrangements, newsletters, website updates, and industry participation activities. The successful candidate will develop product knowledge across mining, drilling, fabrication, and related equipment while ensuring a high level of organization, responsiveness, and accuracy in all sales activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare quotations, contracts, and complete sales packages accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain templates and ensure sales documentation is accurate, current, and consistent.
Enter and update customer and opportunity information within the CRM system and customer folders.
Handle incoming sales calls and assist with customer communication and inquiries.
Support the sales team with conference scheduling, travel arrangements, and related administrative coordination.
Track active sales opportunities and maintain accurate and current pipeline information.
Execute follow-ups on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities.
Identify and communicate delays, stalled opportunities, customer concerns, or information gaps to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Support smooth handoff and communication between sales and operations teams.
Assist with blogs, newsletters, website updates, and organization of marketing/media materials.
Coordinate memberships, sponsorships, donations, awards submissions, and industry participation activities.
Support internal and external marketing initiatives and timelines.
Build and maintain working knowledge of the company’s products, services, and sales processes related to mining, drilling, fabrication, and associated equipment.
Maintain organized records and documentation across all sales activities.
Complete tasks accurately, professionally, and within established timelines with minimal supervision.
Ensure CRM data and customer documentation remain complete and up to date.

Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal oversight.
Professional and customer-focused approach to communication and relationship management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.
Interest in or ability to develop knowledge related to mining, drilling, fabrication, and industrial equipment.
Ability to meet established response times, follow-up timelines, and documentation standards.
