The Role

We are looking for a Mental Performance Consultant who wants to help clients build the psychological skills to perform, recover, and live at a higher level — and do it within a multidisciplinary health team that reinforces their work. At CARESPACE, you will work with athletes, professionals, students, and individuals navigating high-pressure environments, designing performance programs that integrate seamlessly with the physical and mental health care happening around them.

This role sits at a meaningful intersection. At CARESPACE, mental performance is part of the care plan — not a standalone add-on.

What You Will Do

Conduct mental performance assessments and design individualized programs targeting focus, confidence, resilience, stress management, and goal achievement
Apply evidence-based mental skills training including imagery, self-talk, arousal regulation, mindfulness, and goal-setting frameworks
Work with athletic, corporate, and general population clients on performance optimization and recovery
Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, kinesiologists, and other CARESPACE practitioners on integrated client care
Maintain accurate session documentation in our practice management system
Participate in team rounds and contribute to the clinic's internal referral network
