Benchmark Proactive Health is on a mission to help people take control of their health so that they can reach their full potential. We combine advanced health assessments and lifestyle tracking, with data-driven insights and expert guidance to give people a personalized health dashboard with actionable strategies to optimize their health.

The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, AI-curious operator to help run our in-person and remote program operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. This part-time, on-site role has broad scope, including:

Client Experience & Support: front desk (phone, email, in-person), member onboarding, tech setup and troubleshooting, high-touch member support

Operations & Admin: practitioner scheduling, appointment booking, payment processing, data input, inventory management, room and equipment preparation

Marketing Coordination: content creation for social media and other marketing, website updates, event marketing support, presentation and collateral support, community engagement

Program Management & System Operations: data processing and reporting, creation and improvement of internal systems using AI and automation tools

This role is a rare learning opportunity — you’ll play an important role in helping to build an innovative health business and learn by working with experienced operators. This has the potential to grow into a full-time role and one with expanded responsibilities.

Who You Are:

Early in your career or 1–2 years related experience
Personable, professional, and customer-focused
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Proactive, strong initiative and sense of ownership
Interested in AI, creating efficiencies, and improving systems
Adaptable, collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn

Role Details:

Part-time, on-site in Burlington
20-30 hours per week expected to start
