Business Growth Consultant (Performance & Leadership Focus)

We are seeking high-performance leaders who want to work directly with business owners, drive measurable results, and build toward long-term ownership within a proven system.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with business owners to improve performance across profit, cash flow, systems, team, and long-term valuation.

This is not advisory.

You are expected to:

Diagnose real business constraints
Install and implement proven business operating systems that improve performance and scalability
Hold business owners accountable to execution
Drive measurable results across multiple areas of the business

You will build and manage your own client portfolio while contributing to a high-performance environment of growth-minded leaders.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This is:

A performance-based, client-facing leadership role

A passive consulting or analyst position

The Scoreboard

Within 12–18 months, a high-performing consultant will:

Manage a client portfolio of $500K–$2M+
Maintain 80%+ client retention
Drive measurable improvements in client profitability and systems
Generate referrals and contribute to pipeline growth
Build authority within the business community
