We are seeking a Specialist II TIS Identity & Access Management who will provide senior technical expertise to strategically mature the Identity and Access Management functions, planning, development, implementation and processes to proactively reduce risk and support the business.

Identifies opportunities to drive risk reduction, optimization, and rationalize investments through independent validation of controls and process effectiveness.
Proactively assess evolving cyber threats and recommend mitigation strategies aligned to business priorities.
Leads and drives innovation by automating operational processes and procedures and integrating systems as required.
Proactively identify potential sources of security or operations-related efficiency opportunities, prioritizing them based on various factors (level of effort, budgetary requirement, timing, operational requirements, and business priorities).
Advise leadership and lead remediation activities to resolve cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
Provides guidance and senior support in the configuration of supporting technology platforms.
Develops, enhances, documents, and communicates IAM practices, policies & standards.
Mentor and guide IAM team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversees the work of others on the team to provide guidance, direction and support to the managed service provider in completing their duties that drive expected levels of service delivery.
Recommends and implements configuration improvements to the department’s technology portfolio.
Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; with 7+ years of related experience in IT roles, with a focus on Security, Identity and Access Management, Operations and Service Delivery.
Strong knowledge of identity ecosystems including IDPs, Active Directory, cloud service providers, SaaS, and SSO protocols (SAML, OpenID).
Working knowledge of onboarding platforms, recruitment processes and information analysis.
Technical expertise with security technologies: SailPoint, CyberArk, Varonis, OpenText, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams, develop staff, be a thought leader, and drive innovation.
Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
Experience with powershell scripting, automation and integration capabilities would be an asset.
Extensive experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Entra ID.
Advanced degrees and industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, SANS, etc.).
Innovative and fast paced team environment designing, implementing, and supporting cyber security technologies and processes.
Standard office environment with multiple competing priorities and a rapid pace of activity.
Position may require occasional work-related travel, based on accountabilities and global environmental status.
Salary Ranges from $120,000 – $140,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
