As our service department continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Journeywoman Automotive Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Technician at Subaru City, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards. You’ll work with advanced diagnostic equipment and a supportive team that values professionalism, efficiency, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on Subaru vehicles
Perform scheduled maintenance services and detailed vehicle inspections
Utilize modern Subaru diagnostic tools, software, and repair procedures
Complete repair orders accurately and document services performed
Conduct quality control checks and road tests as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Stay current with Subaru technical training, service bulletins, and industry advancements

Qualifications:

Journeyman/Journeywoman Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
3rd and 4th year apprentices are encouraged to apply
Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience using modern automotive diagnostic equipment and software
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ASE certification considered an asset, but not required
