Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to showcase creativity, manage a dynamic kitchen environment, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
Serve as a leader in the kitchen, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment
Ensure all food handling procedures meet industry standards and safety protocols
Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to enhance customer experience

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food service experience within the food industry
Strong background in restaurant management or leadership roles in culinary environments
Knowledge of food handling regulations, food safety practices, and kitchen operations
Demonstrated ability to manage team members effectively and lead by example
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with serving standards and customer service excellence is advantageous
