Responsibilities

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to business requirements.
Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses (ETL/ELT).
Define data govern ance standards covering quality, lineage, metadata, retention, and access controls.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
Establish architectural standards across legacy and modern/cloud platforms.
Support AI/ML and LLM-enabled data solutions (MLOps/LLMOps practices).
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
Drive data strategy across reporting, risk, finance, and operations domains.

Technical Skills
Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Tableau, Power BI, Collibra, SQL, Python, AWS/Azure/GCP

Qualifications

years in data architecture, integration, governance, and strategy.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
Familiarity with data mesh, knowledge graphs, and Medallion architecture.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
