The Role

We are looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who wants to do their best clinical work without the administrative burden that weighs down most practices. At CARESPACE, you will carry a full caseload of motivated clients, collaborate daily with practitioners across disciplines, and operate in a space designed to make you great at your job.

This is not a model where insurance dictates your treatment plans or paperwork eats your afternoons. You set the clinical direction. We handle everything else.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive naturopathic intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Apply naturopathic therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy, and lifestyle counselling
Order and interpret functional and conventional laboratory testing as appropriate
Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, dietitians, and other CARESPACE practitioners on integrated care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system
Participate in team rounds and internal referral discussions
