As demand for psychological assessment and treatment services continues to grow, we are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychological services to clients across Ontario. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment while maintaining an independent practice style.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation services to clients
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and prepare professional reports when applicable
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate
- Participate in case consultation and peer support opportunities
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards established by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Support positive client outcomes through a client-centered and culturally responsive approach
Qualifications
- Registered or eligible for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing psychological assessment and/or psychotherapy services
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable providing virtual services using secure telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative clinical environment
- Professional liability insurance and good standing with regulatory body
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, or families
- Experience providing psychological assessments and formal reporting
- Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, CPT, or other recognized approaches
- Experience working within private practice, healthcare, or community mental health settings
