Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lease Documentation Manager to join our growing leasing team. This role involves managing all aspects of lease documentation and administration across our diverse real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Liaise and support in-house leasing team to facilitate and organize portfolio lease transactions.
Draft lease and lease related documents, including lease extensions, amendments, consent agreements, notices and other required legal forms.
Manage and implement document procedures and policies for the creation, review, approval, release, update, and archiving of lease and lease related documents.
Coordinate periodic document review processes with legal team.
Review and analyze existing lease agreements to ensure understanding and compliance.

Skillset

· Highly organized, diligent and detail oriented.

Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to prepare and manage documentation within tight timelines.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);

Previous experience in commercial leasing or law is preferred, though we are open to training motivated candidates.
