Your role with us:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, the Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing engineering software applications that support both prototype and commercial solutions addressing well casing installation challenges for internal and external customers. The Senior Software Developer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to architect, design, implement, and support technical solutions that advance business and technology initiatives, delivering integrated digital solutions that seamlessly combine hardware and software components.
You will bring to the role:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and full-stack software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering is required.
- Experience developing web applications using object-oriented programming languages (preferably C#/.NET), with knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency in front end development using frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with solution architecture and system design is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Python programming is considered an asset.
- Third-party contract management is considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, project management, and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
