Description du mandat :

Webit Interactive, agence de production numérique basée à Brossard, est à la recherche d'un·e développeur·euse web expérimenté·e pour des mandats de développement sur des projets clients variés.

Le travail porte principalement sur la conception et le développement de sites web, d'applications web et d'expériences headless à l'aide de TypeScript, React et Next.js, avec intégration à Craft CMS via GraphQL pour certains projets. Les défis techniques récurrents touchent l'architecture API, l'authentification et l'optimisation de la performance. Le rôle requiert une autonomie complète en back-end et une capacité d'intégration front-end sans dépendance aux frameworks CSS.

Une maîtrise pratique des outils d'IA appliqués au développement (assistance au code, prototypage, exploration de solutions) est requise; nous travaillons avec ces outils au quotidien.

Principales responsabilités :

Créer et maintenir un code propre, efficace, sécurisé et bien structuré selon les normes établies par l’équipe.
S’assurer que les solutions livrées soient stables, évolutives et bien documentées.
Développer et maintenir des API routes robustes avec Next.js et Node.js.
Concevoir et implémenter des systèmes d'authentification et d'autorisation sécurisés.
Optimiser les intégrations avec Craft CMS 5 via GraphQL et Apollo Client.
Concevoir des interfaces responsives, performantes et intuitives (sans frameworks de style).
Optimiser les performances côté serveur et client (caching, requêtes, rendering).
Utiliser l'IA pour accélérer le développement et prototyper rapidement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Être en mode solution : comprendre rapidement les enjeux, suggérer des pistes concrètes et aider à faire avancer les projets.

Compétences recherchées :

Diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement Web front-end et back-end.
Maîtrise avancée de TypeScript et JavaScript moderne (ES6+)
Expérience solide avec React et Next.js (App Router et API routes)
Expertise en développement d'API REST et GraphQL
Capacité à écrire du CSS propre et maintenable sans frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.)
Esprit analytique, sens des responsabilités et autonomie dans l’exécution des tâches.
Expérience avec Git et des flux Git modernes.
Expérience pratique avec des outils d'IA assistée au développement (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation (Vite, WebPack, etc.).
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit; bonne compréhension de l’anglais (lecture et collaboration technique).

Atouts recherchés :

Expérience avec Craft CMS 4+ ou autres CMS headless
Expérience avec les bases de données (MySQL, NoSQL)
Intérêt pour les performances web, l’accessibilité (WCAG) et l’expérience utilisateur.

Contract Description:

Webit Interactive, a digital production agency based in Brossard, is looking for an experienced web developer for development contracts on a variety of client projects.

The work mainly involves the design and development of websites, web applications, and headless experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with integration to Craft CMS via GraphQL for certain projects. Recurring technical challenges involve API architecture, authentication, and performance optimization. The role requires full back-end autonomy and the ability to handle front-end integration without relying on CSS frameworks.

Practical proficiency with AI tools applied to development (code assistance, prototyping, solution exploration) is required; we work with these tools on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

Create and maintain clean, efficient, secure, and well-structured code according to the standards established by the team.
Ensure that delivered solutions are stable, scalable, and well documented.
Develop and maintain robust API routes with Next.js and .
Design and implement secure authentication and authorization systems.
Optimize integrations with Craft CMS 5 via GraphQL and Apollo Client.
Design responsive, high-performance, and intuitive interfaces (without styling frameworks).
Optimize server-side and client-side performance (caching, queries, rendering).
Use AI to accelerate development and quickly prototype new features.
Be solution-oriented: quickly understand issues, suggest concrete approaches, and help move projects forward.

Required Skills:

Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end web development.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid experience with React and Next.js (App Router and API routes)
Expertise in REST and GraphQL API development
Ability to write clean and maintainable CSS without frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.)
Analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, and autonomy in completing tasks.
Experience with Git and modern Git workflows.
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
Experience with automation tools (Vite, WebPack, etc.).
Excellent spoken and written French; good understanding of English (reading and technical collaboration).

Nice-to-Have Assets:

Experience with Craft CMS 4+ or other headless CMS platforms
Experience with databases (MySQL, NoSQL)
Interest in web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience.
