We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support financial decision-making, data integrity, and process optimization across our global finance organization. This role will play a critical part in financial modeling, data analysis, working with multiple data sources to deliver accurate and actionable insights and KPIs.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, and thrives in environments where they can build, improve, and scale financial insights. This position reports to the Vice President, Financial Operations & Treasury and is based in Toronto, ON.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and accounts receivable and collections.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple databases and systems to deliver accurate, actionable insights, reports and KPIs.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel tools for financial and operational reporting.
- Design and automate scalable reporting solutions and KPI dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes, improving data accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and improve intercompany reporting and reconciliation processes across multiple entities.
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with finance, accounts receivable, collections, treasury, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Support ad hoc strategic analysis and executive-level reporting
What You’ll Need
- Degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, treasury, or finance analytical roles
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience working and extracting data from with multiple databases and systems (e.g., Great Plains and/or SAP)
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Experience in multi-entity or global organizations
