North West Rubber has been in business for 50+ years. A recycling industry leader in manufacturing industrial rubber mats. Our facility started in British Columbia, Canada and now expands internationally including facilities in Ontario Canada, Houston Texas and beyond. Continental 12 hour shifts, Day and Night Shift available (not rotating)

7:00am-7:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete pre-start checklists and daily production reports

Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Operate a forklift

Assist other operators when required
Stage materials on the plant floor
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previously experience with forklifts
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing facility
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Willingness to assist where needed
Ability to work with limited supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as required
