Role Overview

As a Project Technologist within the IEQ group, you will support a range of environmental investigations, including indoor air quality, mould, water damage, Legionella, and fire and smoke damage assessments. This is not your typical desk-based role — much of your time will be spent in the field, working directly on site with clients and contractors, and performing a variety of assessments in different building environments on a daily basis.
Your work will involve assessing conditions in the field, collecting accurate data, and translating your findings into clear, practical recommendations that help clients make informed decisions. Working closely with Project Managers, colleagues, and clients, you will contribute to projects that protect occupants, improve building performance, and support the long-term resilience of buildings and communities.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, offering ongoing opportunities to learn and build your technical expertise. It is meaningful work with real impact, where you will continue to develop your skills while delivering solutions grounded in quality, integrity, and care.
