Job Summary:
Price Industries is building a new Engineering Technology team, and we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help shape it from the ground up. This team will focus on rapid prototyping, modern web development, and the thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools to explore ideas, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality software faster.
In this role, you will design and build new applications using Angular and C#/.NET, working across front-end development, APIs, and microservice-based architectures. You will collaborate with technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into practical software solutions, from early prototypes through production-ready systems.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and working across the full development lifecycle. You should be comfortable using AI to research technical options, accelerate prototyping, reduce repetitive work, and improve development speed, while still applying strong engineering judgment and maintaining high coding standards.
This is an opportunity to join a new team early, influence its technical direction, and help define how Price uses modern software engineering and AI-enabled workflows to build better software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack software solutions using Angular, C#/.NET, cloud services, and modern integration patterns.
- Build both rapid prototypes and production-ready applications that support Price’s Engineering Technology roadmap.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to research technical options, accelerate prototyping, reduce repetitive work, and improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical leadership, developers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Stay current with emerging front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI-enabled development practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience building modern web applications with Angular, or a similar framework such as React or Vue.
- 2–5 years of experience with C# and .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Comfortable learning new tools and using AI-assisted development responsibly while applying strong engineering judgment.
- Excited by the opportunity to help shape a new team and contribute to a fast-moving environment focused on delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
