From the moment a traveler starts planning a trip, to browsing options, comparing rates, and finally hitting that booking button — your code is there for all of it. You're not working on one small corner of the product. You're touching the whole journey.

We are solving real customer problems: we need all hotels at the right price with accurate information, and we need to make sure the portal is the best place to book your travel.

Your Responsibilities:

Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
Act as a tech lead developer owning technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform, fault tolerant application systems
Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, Angular/TypeScript, Python, React and/or Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and a variety of AWS tools and services
Continuously improve software engineering developer experience; identify gaps in existing internal framework and tools and contribute
Establish Engineering best practices; identify and establish best practices and standards, such as code review standards.
Technical expertises and Problem solving; define technical standards and providing technical support to ensure Engineering best practices are consistently met
Architecture ownership - apply strong understanding of how evolving technology affects domain, follow High Level Design (HLD) methodology and contribute to HLD
Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate associates through engineering best practices and standards

Basic Qualifications:

At least 6 years of hands-on development experience preferably using at least two or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Angular/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, and/or Go
At least 6 years of experience with application and/or data design, architecture and development
Proficiency in building both the user-facing front-end and the server-side back-end of applications as this is a Full-Stack role
Experience providing mentorship to Junior/Intermediate Associates and guidance to technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ Years of experience leading the full life-cycle of Software Development
Bachelor's, Master’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or in related field
Experience working in an agile environment and familiar with agile development methodologies
Experience with AWS (highly preferred) or other cloud products (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

The expected annual salary range for this position is $157,400 - $179,600. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
