Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and services, utilizing a wide range of technologies to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile developer passionate about creating innovative software solutions and contributing to complex application development projects.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build, and modernize highly scalable systems in an AI‑accelerated engineering environment.
This role blends backend engineering, cloud‑native architecture, secure coding practices, and AI‑assisted delivery, while contributing to platform stability, modernization, and cross‑functional collaboration.Secure Coding: Apply secure‑coding best practices, refactor risky patterns, and improve logging, observability, and incident readiness.
DevOps Automation: Use GitHub, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms to automate deployments and reduce manual work.
Security Collaboration: Partner with security SMEs to understand threat models, prioritize remediation, and translate findings into clean code.
Backend Development: Design and build new backend capabilities and APIs to extend and modernize the platform.
Technical Leadership: Participate in design discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and shape next‑generation backend services.
Code Quality: Pair‑program and conduct code reviews to share knowledge and raise engineering standards.
AI‑Assisted Development: Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve efficiency, and support code quality.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions.

MUST HAVE:

Backend Development: 5+ years of backend expertise using Java or Node.js.
API Development: Proven experience building RESTful APIs and working with OpenAPI specifications.
Frontend Frameworks: Intermediate to advanced Angular experience; React exposure is a plus.
Cloud Platforms: 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or OpenShift.
Containerization: Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Version Control: Expert‑level Git skills including branching, merging, and code reviews.
UI Implementation: Experience translating Figma designs into production‑ready UI.
Monitoring Tools: Hands‑on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools.
DevOps Automation: Proven experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design.
Testing: Strong focus on automated unit, functional, and performance testing.
Intelligent Agents: Experience integrating intelligent agents into CI/CD pipelines for automation.
Application Security: Familiarity with secure coding standards and application security practices.
Vulnerability Management: Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation tools.
DevOps: Exposure to integrating security gates within CI/CD pipelines (shift‑left security).

Shift Timing: 8 AM-5 PM

Weekly schedule: M-F
