Job Title: Leads Coordinator

Location: Barrie, ON (In-Office / On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18-$24/hour based on experience

About Us: We are a growing, fast-paced home improvement contracting company specializing in high-quality windows, doors, HVAC (heating and cooling), and insulation solutions. We pride ourselves on excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an organized, energetic Lead Coordinator to join our team in Barrie and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Job Summary: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in our success. You will manage incoming customer inquiries (leads) via phone, email, and online forms, ensuring they are qualified and routed to our sales and comfort advisor teams quickly.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Handling & Intake: Promptly answer incoming phone calls and digital inquiries from homeowners looking for windows, doors, HVAC, or insulation services.

Qualification & Scheduling: Ask the right questions to understand the customer’s needs and schedule consultation appointments for our sales representatives and technicians.

CRM Management: Log all lead details, customer interactions, and appointment statuses accurately into our customer database/CRM system.

Team Coordination: Act as the liaison between field technicians, sales reps, and management to ensure scheduling changes are communicated seamlessly.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: 0-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or intake coordination (experience in construction, home services, or trades is a major asset).

Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and professional written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning Go High Level Lead Management Scheduling software.

Highly Organized: Strong multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail; ability to stay calm and focused during busy seasonal peaks (like peak heating/cooling seasons).

Location: Reliable transportation to work daily from our Barrie office location.
