Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales representative who will be responsible for the inernal operations team responsible for the importing of units from our parent company, the distribution to Canadian warehouses, and on to the dealerships to fill their annual sales goals. This position is best suited for a candidate who has managed dealer/customer accounts, and managed internal logistics operations. You and your team will be supporting the District Sales Managers for all product lines across Canada. Your expertise in B2B sales, and customer engagement will empower you to excel in our office based, team oriented position. Experience in the powersports or related industry would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the inside sales operations team to meet and exceed business goals
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on expanding market share within assigned accounts
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline activity, analyze sales data, and optimize outreach strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads, execute campaigns, and improve overall brand presence in the marketplace.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and team development initiatives.
Oversee account management efforts to retain key clients and expand existing business opportunities

Experience

Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical solutions; experience in outside sales is a plus.
Demonstrated success in leading or managing inside sales support teams
Strong background in customer service, logistics and account management.
Familiarity with CRM platforms ( Salesforce )for managing customer relationships and tracking performance metrics.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results

This position is based at our corporate office 5 days a week, 7 hours a day for 35 hours a week. From time to time, you will be required to travel to customer sites to address sales issues or to support the District Sales Managers in their regions.
