Nahanni Steel Products Inc is looking for a Press Operator to run our presses better than ever!
We are a LOUD and bustling manufacturing plant, where materials, parts and people are constantly on the move. As a Tier-2 automotive part supplier, we need to be a reliable partner for our customers, and we are looking for someone who has that same kind of integrity to be reliable for the day-to-day operations.
We need someone who has experience in the following:
· Operating stamping presses with progressive dies
· Ability to operate Uncoiler, Feeder
· Knowledgeable of PLC Controls
· Able to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems on presses
· Ability to lift upwards of 25lbs
And if you weren’t amazing enough, you also…
· Care about every part you stamp (and you won’t dare let a bad one leave the building!)
· Communicate clearly with everyone you walk by (even if it’s just to say ‘hi, how are ya’).
· Handle last-minute game-changers like a pro, because you’re all about being flexible.
· Show up on time, every time.
· Understand the art of sarcasm and maybe crack a good joke or two.
