Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Laser Technician and Esthetician, where your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare and aesthetic goals through advanced laser treatments and personalized services. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer care, perform a variety of skin and body treatments, and promote a welcoming environment that encourages client loyalty. Your passion for beauty, combined with technical skill and a commitment to sanitation and safety, will make a positive impact on every client’s experience.

Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product recommendations to enhance results.
Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and creating a positive experience.
Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products suited to individual skin types and concerns.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow while maintaining quality service standards.

Qualifications

Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations.
Experience with laser treatments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to promote products effectively.
A professional attitude combined with enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best.
