Join Our Team!

Fowler Automotive Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to support our busy dealership. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and take pride in keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

· Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

· Maintain customer files and dealership records.

· Process, and file sales, finance, and service documentation.

· Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain databases.

· Order office supplies and assist with general office organization.

· Provide administrative support to the sales, finance, and management teams.

· Assist with additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.

· Experience in an automotive dealership is an asset but not required.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
