Full job description

Turnkey Plastics is a growing injection molding company looking to add a Toolmaker or Apprentice Toolmaker to support mold builds, repairs, and maintenance.

We are open to entry-level, apprentices, or experienced toolmakers—we’re primarily looking for strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with or build injection molds
Repair and maintain existing molds
Operate CNC and manual machines
Read drawings and use precision measurement tools
Support production and continuous improvement
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic machining or mechanical aptitude

Assets (not required):

Mold making or tool & die experience
Red Seal certification (or working toward it)
CNC or EDM experience

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
