Full job description

Our client, a growing provider of industrial compressed-air solutions, is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Representative to expand its presence across Southern Ontario. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a flexible territory, build long-term industrial relationships and deliver technical solutions that create measurable value for customers.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives
Prospect, qualify and develop new business opportunities in industrial compressed air
Assess customer needs and prepare customized technical proposals and quotations
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with industrial and commercial clients
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company guidelines
Partner with Service and Parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities and activities in the CRM
Represent the organization at client sites, trade shows and industry events

Qualifications :

3+ years of successful B2B technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment or manufacturing
Experience with compressed-air systems, rotating equipment or mechanical/technical solutions is strongly preferred
Proven ability to prospect, develop a territory and navigate industrial sales cycles
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-service skills
Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an asset
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
