Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) / Full-time | Binbrook, ON

We’re looking for a for a reliable and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team.

Your responsibilities would include:

Leading individualized exercise programs for a wide range of patients — post-surgical, WSIB, MVA, sports, and general musculoskeletal
Setting up and delivering modalities: TENS, IFC, laser, shockwave, heat, ice
Running biomechanical and functional assessments under PT supervision
Biweekly progress reassessments and accurate, consistent charting
Designing and supervising work conditioning and graded return-to-work programs
Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and functioning like a clinic that patients trust

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A completed PTA, Rehabilitation Assistant, or Kinesiology program — new grads welcome and encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills; EMR experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, organized, and dependable
Knowledge of exercise techniques or kinesiology is an asset
