Our client is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their precision manufacturing team. This organization produces high-quality components and sub-assemblies for industries such as aerospace, medical, and advanced engineering, where accuracy and consistency are critical.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications
- Program parts from step files or PDF drawings
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience
- Proficient in CNC programming languages
- Familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam & Esprit)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating lathes machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
