About Liorea Lounge
Liorea Lounge is a luxury salon and beauty destination in Brampton offering premium hair, beauty, nails, spa, aesthetic and client-care services. We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Sales & Client Experience Manager who can help us significantly increase revenue while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
This is not a traditional front-desk position. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and increase revenue through sales, client retention, packages, memberships, service upgrades, rebooking and exceptional customer experience.
Position Summary
The Sales & Client Experience Manager will be responsible for managing the client's complete journey—from the moment they enter or contact Liorea Lounge until checkout and follow-up.
The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably within a salon, spa, beauty, aesthetics, hospitality, retail or luxury customer-service environment.
You will be expected to actively identify sales opportunities, convert inquiries into appointments, increase average client spending, promote packages and memberships, improve client retention and ensure every client leaves with a positive impression of Liorea Lounge.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth — PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Actively sell salon, spa, beauty and aesthetic services.
- Promote and sell packages, memberships, service bundles and promotional offers.
- Recommend appropriate additional services based on the client's needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell services across different departments.
- Convert inquiries, phone calls, social media leads and walk-ins into booked appointments.
- Follow up with leads and clients who have not yet booked.
- Increase average client transaction value.
- Encourage clients to pre-book their next appointment before leaving.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to other Liorea services.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Work with management to develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Take ownership of achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

2. Front Desk & Client Experience
- Provide a warm, professional and luxury welcome to every client.
- Greet clients promptly upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls, messages and client inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate smooth client handoffs between departments.
- Ensure clients are not left waiting unnecessarily.
- Offer and serve beverages as part of the Liorea welcome experience.
- Ensure the café/reception area is clean, organized and properly stocked.
- Maintain a professional luxury appearance and atmosphere at the front desk.
- Ensure clients understand their services, pricing and available packages.
3. Customer Experience & Client Retention
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Learn client preferences and service history.
- Make clients feel valued and recognized.
- Follow up with clients after services when appropriate.
- Encourage repeat visits and rebooking.
- Identify clients who have become inactive and assist with reactivation.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the customer journey.
- Create opportunities for clients to discover additional Liorea services.
- Help build long-term client loyalty rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.
4. Google Reviews & Online Reputation
- Proactively encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews.
- Ask for reviews at the appropriate point in the client journey.
- Help the team consistently achieve positive review growth.
- Monitor client feedback and identify recurring concerns.
- Escalate serious or unresolved complaints to management.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with negative feedback.
- Never pressure clients to leave misleading or inaccurate reviews.
- Help protect and strengthen Liorea Lounge's online reputation through excellent service.
Performance Expectation
The successful candidate will help establish a culture where excellent service naturally leads to more positive reviews, repeat clients and referrals.
5. Complaint & Conflict Management
- Listen carefully to client concerns.
- Remain calm and professional when dealing with upset clients.
- Understand the issue before responding.
- Take ownership of resolving appropriate customer concerns.
- Escalate matters requiring management approval.
- Document significant complaints and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients when necessary.
- Identify the root cause of recurring complaints.
- Turn difficult customer situations into opportunities to rebuild trust and loyalty.
The goal is not simply to resolve complaints—it is to retain the client whenever reasonably possible.
6. Team Sales Support
- Work closely with stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, barbers and other service providers.
- Help team members recognize sales opportunities.
- Encourage staff to recommend appropriate services and packages.
- Support cross-selling between departments.
- Communicate promotions and packages clearly to the team.
- Monitor whether promotional offers are being effectively presented to clients.
- Help create a sales-focused culture without compromising the luxury customer experience.
7. Daily Operations & Front Desk Administration
- Manage daily appointment schedules.
- Monitor cancellations and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate client information.
- Process payments and invoices accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Coordinate appointment flow and department availability.
- Assist management with daily reports.
- Monitor front-desk supplies and café supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Follow Liorea Lounge SOPs and operational standards.
8. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
The Sales & Client Experience Manager will be expected to understand and monitor key performance indicators, including:
- Daily revenue
