Nursery Labourer
Full-Time, Seasonal (March to July 2026)
POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to assist with the care and maintenance of our plants from early spring through the growing season. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks such as pruning, potting, planting, and general plant care. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same. Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions, so enjoying physical, outdoor work is a must. Evening and weekend shifts may be required depending on weather and seasonal needs.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general nursery tasks including planting, potting, pruning, staking, and harvesting.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting daily targets.
- Follow all health, safety and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend and squat for extended periods.
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the nursery (location is not accessible by public transit).

Wage Range: $17.60 - $19.00
