What You'll Do

As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Provide Level 1 Help Desk support to end users across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Linux, desktop, software, and hardware issues.
Support Microsoft Outlook and various SaaS platforms.
Set up and deploy PCs, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Assist with network troubleshooting and basic networking tasks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Document issues, solutions, and support activities.
Prioritize support requests and communicate timelines and expectations effectively.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in an IT support or help desk environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- Windows operating systems
- iOS (iPhone)
- Android devices
Experience supporting desktop hardware, software, and end users.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent issues.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Linux administration or troubleshooting experience
Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or similar)
Experience with Ansible or other infrastructure automation/configuration management tools
PC repair experience
Networking experience
CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications
Computer Science degree or related education

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using ladders when required.
Ability to perform network terminations using hand tools.
Ability to transport and install PCs, monitors, printers, networking equipment, and tools.
