Specializing in New Home, High Volume Housing, Custom Home, Renovations, Specialty Lighting and Multi-Family Projects. Our expertise, skillset and knowledge have helped residents and business owners alike with a wide variety of electrical contracting needs at a standard and price point we are proud of.

"We are seeking motivated individual's to join our team as an Apprentice . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in the electrical field. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience in various electrical projects.

Duties: For Apprentices
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Assist in the installation of low voltage systems
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Learn to work with different types of electrical systems, including industrial settings

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Stronghold pays 90% of the benefit premiums once you become eligible.

Second year pays 28.00 , third year pays 32.00, fourth year pays 36.00. plus 10% holiday pay on all regular....

Residential experience is given preference
