Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our clients retail operations. Our client, is a Holistic Lifestyle Management Company. They are dedicated to providing people with a space to come together to learn, grow ,share, and experience life. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and ensure the store meets its operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise store staff, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and POS transactions
Maintain accurate pricing, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide ongoing training & development
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in a natural health retail environment.
Post-secondary education fields related to natural health, such as Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Homeopathy is an asset.
Experience working with health food, holistic and natural and organic products is an asset: a passion for the industry and living the lifestyle is critical
Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or similar environments with demonstrated success in team management and sales growth
Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems
Must be a team player who leads by example and is flexible and adaptable
Must be willing to learn and grow and foster the same in others
Must be a creative problem solver ; willing to look for new opportunities for efficiencies in the workplace as well as explore all options when resolving customer issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle phone etiquette professionally
Must value honesty and integrity; exercises excellent judgment when making descions
