Role Description:

You will be responsible for groundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance, helping to keep the community in top shape. You'll play a key role in pool operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery
Water testing and record keeping daily
Maintaining the pool and spa facilities
Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of equipment
Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Resort
Ensuring ongoing communication with Management and Maintenance Lead Hand
Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.
Other duties as required

Experience and Qualifications:

Clean Driver’s Abstract
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to maintain and trouble shoot equipment and vehicles, golf carts, tractor and implements.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000 – $50,000 .

Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
