Are you passionate about motorcycles? Are you mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and going the extra mile for a customer, making them feel like they know you well, then this may be the job for you!

Overview: As a Motorcycle and Powersport Parts & Accessories Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering inquiries by phone. On and Off-Road parts and accessories knowledge is required to effectively search and determine customers’ needs. Your goal is customer satisfaction. If this sounds like an ideal way to spend your work day, then this may be the job for you! This position is ideal if you are an individual with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to be versatile in your role working in our fast paced environment. Other tasks include ensuring merchandise is always presented neatly and priced correctly.

Qualifications:

Passion for the riding lifestyle!
Knowledge in motorcycle parts and accessories.
Previous customer experience selling motorcycle and powersport parts is an asset
Keyboarding and computer skills
Able to work under pressure and good time management
Excellent phone and in-person customer service skills
Available during all open hours (including Saturdays)
You love to multitask

Please note, experienced applicants in the Motorcycle industry, Parts and Sales will be preferred for this position. If applying without any industry experience, kindly provide a cover letter outlining why you feel you would be a good fit for the position.

Please note if selected as the successful candidate, your schedule will be determined based on our business hours.You can be scheduled prior to our opening time for regular duties. There may also be circumstances for business needs where you are scheduled outside of our regular business hours for various reasons (ex. special projects, meetings, inventory or Bike Shows). Additionally, being available most Saturday’s is a requirement in order to be considered for the role.
