What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is organized, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You are reliable, focused, and able to follow detailed instructions while maintaining consistency and quality.
Previous experience operating embroidery machines is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively within a production team. Candidates who demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and leadership potential may have opportunities for future growth within the department.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Operate both multi-head and single-head embroidery machines
· Manually hoop garments to ensure precise placement and alignment
· Review and follow work orders to meet customer specifications
· Inspect garments for defects prior to and after production
· Perform basic garment mending as required
· Label, package, and prepare completed items for shipment
· Access and interpret production files and instructions through internal systems
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
· Organized in their space and their daily functions
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Comfortable standing for extended periods
· Previous embroidery experience is considered an asset but not required
· Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills within the role
· Possess a strong command of English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, as machine instructions, work orders, and team communication are conducted in English
