Lobby Bar Team Member (Coffee Cocktails Hospitality)

The Lobby Bar is looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences.
We’re a coffee-to-cocktails concept inside the Markets at 70 King food hall — serving coffee, matcha, lunch, pastries and afternoon tea by day, and approachable cocktails, wine, beer, and small plates later in the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of building something special.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making coffee, tea, iced drinks, and matcha beverages
- Preparing simple food items and plating light lunch offerings
- Serving wine, beer, cocktails, and zero-proof drinks
- Creating warm, welcoming guest experiences and building repeat customers
- Helping guests navigate the market and food vendor pairings
- Opening and closing duties
- Keeping the bar and café clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Supporting private events and occasional evening service
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has bartending, serving, café, or hospitality experience
- Loves people and naturally creates conversation and connection
- Is comfortable moving between coffee service and cocktails
- Works well independently and takes initiative
- Is calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Takes pride in cleanliness, presentation, and details
- Wants to help build a growing local business
Bonus Points If You:
- Have barista experience
- Have Smart Serve certification
- Love coffee, cocktails, food, or entertaining
- Enjoy being part of a community-focused business

Flexible part-time or full-time hours available. Daytime, evenings, and some weekends required.
