Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire an additional dynamic personality to our team who has a passion for our Brewhouse and the customers who enter it. We currently have mostly full coverage for the summer and are looking for someone who is looking to pick up 1-2 shifts a week. The right candidate must be comfortable in a fast past environment while still delivering a memorable experience to everyone who stops in or with whom you interact with. Must be able to multi-task and assist customers in the taproom, event space or retail shoppers within our Brewery at any given time. You will be working with a team as well as alone from time to time pouring pints, picking online orders/Uber/Skip Deliveries, and back stocking the fridge throughout your weekly shifts as well as doing general cleaning tasks to help keep the shop looking great. You will be working with a small team to ensure that our retail experience is extremely professional and memorable every time our customers visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving alcohol/ Selling Beer to go to customers
Provide first-class customer service to all guests
Educate customers on brands and products
Payment processing and cash register/till reconciliation
Assisting with evening events and games nights
Flexible hours - We can provide single shifts a week or multiple depending on your needs and preference. Mostly shifts would consist of 8 hour long day-time shifts each week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays or a shift on Saturdays/Sundays during the day if you have and desire weekend availability.

Experienced Required:

Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service

Education:

High School Diploma
Valid Smart Serve Certification is required to secure an interview
Prud’homme Beer Certification is a valued asset
